General Refunds & Cancellation Policy for Booking with SHF Square LLP

This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and the Application Form / Buyer’s Agreement executed with M/s SHF SQUARE LLP for booking of commercial units/shops at SHF Square, Gurugram.

Key Refund Provisions

  • Unsuccessful Applications: In case the application is not successful in the draw/allotment process, 100% of the booking/registration amount will be refunded within 15 days from the date of allotment/result declaration, without any deduction.
  • Non-Allotment (No Draw Case): If for any reason the unit is not allotted or the project allotment is cancelled by the authority/company, the entire amount paid will be refunded in full (100%) with no charges or deductions.
  • Cancellation by Allottee (Buyer): If the allottee wishes to cancel the booking/allotment after confirmation, a cancellation/forfeiture charge of 0–10% of the Registration/Booking Amount (as specified in the Application Form/Buyer’s Agreement) will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.
  • Refund Processing Timeline: After completion of due diligence and receipt of cancellation request in writing, the eligible refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method/source account within 60 days.
  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will only be processed to the same bank account / payment instrument from which the original payment was received.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or in relation to the booking, cancellation, refund, or interpretation of these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.

In case the dispute remains unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the Adjudicating Officer appointed under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). The HRERA Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain and adjudicate any disputes between the parties.
